Bohol is a beautiful island with nice weather all year round. But the best time to go depends on what you like.

From December to May, the sun shines brightly, and it’s perfect for swimming, diving in Bohol, and exploring. However, it’s also the busiest time, so expect more people and higher prices.

I went there last week of April for a 5-day itinerary and the heat was really intense. Some places are not that crowded but it was different in Panglao Island.

Between June and September, the weather is still warm, but there might be some rain. It’s less crowded, cheaper than the peak season, and you can still see the best tourist spots in Bohol.

October to November is the quietest time. You’ll find the lowest prices including the best places to stay in Bohol, but there’s also a chance of storms.

So, when should you go? It depends if you prefer sunny skies and busy beaches, or calmer weather and fewer crowds.
