Is it Worth Visiting Bohol?

Absolutely! 👌🏻
So far, Bohol is one of the most beautiful islands in the Philippines that I visited.
It offers a mix of stunning Bohol beaches, especially on Panglao Island, historical landmarks like the Baclayon Church, unique attractions like the Chocolate Hills, and other beautiful tourist spots.
I would even trade a slow weekend just to be here on another sunny day diving into one of its beautiful diving spots.

What Time of the Year is Best to Visit Bohol?

The dry season, from November to April, is the best time to visit Bohol. During this time, you’ll experience sunny days and calm seas which is perfect for beach activities and island hopping.
However, take note that the summer season also means you’ll be swimming with jellyfish. I learned my lesson last time when we visited the last week of April but I don’t regret it. 😉
You should also try to avoid the rainy season in Bohol, which runs from June to October, as it can bring heavy rains and typhoons.
Does Bohol have Nice Beaches?

Yes!
Bohol is where you can find some of the best beaches in the Philippines. Panglao Island, in particular, is known for its white-sand beaches and crystal-clear waters.
Anda Beach is another great spot if you prefer a quieter, less crowded beach experience.
If you ask me, I rather visit beaches in Anda or stay at one of the resorts in Anda if I want to interact with or know more of the locals.
Plus, it’s way cheaper here than in Panglao. 😉
Conclusion: The Best Beach Resort in Bohol for Every Traveler

Finding the best beach resort in Bohol depends on your preferences. Bohol has a wide range of places to stay whether you want luxury, family-friendly options, or budget accommodations.
With its stunning beaches, excellent resorts, and diverse offerings, Bohol is definitely a top destination for beach lovers like me.
